Where does the lump in my throat come from durring periods of strong emotions? - ... lump in throat
Both times, I am so happy that tears streaming, and it is soooo sad, I cry like a fountain. During these times of strong emotions disturbs me a lump in my throat?
Scientifically, what the cause of the mass? And anyone can describe in simple terms of man is made, I can understand why.

I think it is just muscle tension, tighten the neck muscles. I think no one knows exactly what happened.
